The Beyond Pink TEAM is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to increase cancer awareness throughout the Cedar Valley, thereby empowering men and women to make informed health care choices. The Cedar Valley Cancer Committee was one of five recipients of the 1999 Iowa Community Health Prize. The prize rewarded the accomplishments of the Beyond Pink TEAM. The services provided to the Cedar Valley Community include:
